Car overturns after collision in Ottery St Mary

Emergency services are on the scene after a car overturned in a collision with a van in Ottery St Mary this afternoon (Friday).

Fire crews released an elderly male from the car in Tip Hill before he was tended to by paramedics.

The fire fighters also made the car and van safe and left the incident in the hands of the police.

Ottery St Mary Primary School is advising parents to avoid the road as delays are likely.
