EMERGENCY services were called to Sidford on Saturday after a car overturned.

Fire crews, paramedics and police were called to Trow Hill at around 8.30pm following the incident, involving a red Renault Megane.

The driver suffered from minor injuries and was treated by paramedics on the scene. The road was closed from Steven Cross up to the top of Trow Hill.

Highways were called to clear the road of oil and debris and it was re-opened at about 9.55pm.
