A BROKEN down caravan at Newton Poppleford caused one road lane to be closed for over an hour on Sunday. Police were called to the scene to redirect traffic around the caravan, which broke down near a blind bend at the bottom of Four Elms Hill at 12.40p
A BROKEN down caravan at Newton Poppleford caused one road lane to be closed for over an hour on Sunday.
Police were called to the scene to redirect traffic around the caravan, which broke down near a blind bend at the bottom of Four Elms Hill at 12.40pm.
The caravan was removed at around 2pm by a recovery vehicle.
