Fashion show to celebrate town’s Fairtrade status
Catwalk trends meet ethics tomorrow (Saturday) at a special event to celebrate Sidmouth’s Fairtrade status.
The ‘Just Fayre and Fashion Show’ will take place in All Saints Church Hall from 10.30am to 3.30pm, where visitors will be treated to an array of stalls, cakes, refreshments, a smoothie bike – and, of course, clothes. Sidmouth Fairtrade Group is inviting members of the public to come along and see some of the latest ethical trends, which will be displayed in the fashion show from 11.30am.
Entry costs £1, to include a Fairtrade drink and biscuit. All proceeds will go to Christian Aid and the future work of Sidmouth Fairtrade Group.
