CELEBRITY chef Raymond Blanc is on the lookout for business savvy Sidmouth couples to take part in a popular BBC series.
The Restaurant, which will see nine couples battle it out for a once in a lifetime opportunity to open a restaurant with the world-renowned chef, will return to television screens later this year.
A BBC spokesman said: "For anyone who can cook or is a great host who has ever been told they should run a restaurant this is an opportunity to take a giant step closer to realising that dream.
"Experience of a restaurant or catering environment isn't necessary so whether you're a chef or a cleaner, a waiter or writer, Raymond wants to hear from people who are passionate about food and the dining experience.
"Married, friends, siblings, relatives, partners, colleagues - anyone over the age of 18 can apply."
To request an application form email therestaurant@bbc.co.uk, or call 03700 104 515. Closing date for applicants is March 31.
