Sidmouth residents will get the chance to quiz the town's East Devon council representatives next Thursday (September 11).
All Saints hall will host a Councillors' Question Time from 5.30pm to 8pm. The evening will begin with tea and coffee and inquisitive residents will be able write out questions.
High on their list are likely to be concerns about councillors' views on the Dove amusements centre and unitary status for local government.
Councillor Christine Drew said: "This will be a good opportunity for people to put forward concerns on any problems within the Sidmouth, Sidford and Woolbrook areas and also for the councillors to let the electorate know what they do within their wards."
Proceedings will be overseen by an independent chairman. The event is free of charge.
