Co-operative members in Devon and Somerset will have the chance to discuss business operations with elected members and Co-operative Group management at a members' meeting next month.
"The meeting gives individual members the opportunity to comment on our policies and influence what is happening in their Co-operative. There will also be the chance to meet with members of our area committees as well as area operations managers," said The Co-operative's regional secretary Andrew North.
"In addition the meeting plays a major role in helping to raise awareness of The Co-operative as a consumer-owned democratic organisation," he added.
The Devon and Somerset members' meeting will be held at the Taunton Conference Centre, Wellington Road, Taunton, on Saturday, October 4 at 2pm. Transport will be available from various locations.
Refreshments will be served and places can be booked by calling the membership office on (01884) 266892.
