A young child has been taken to hospital following a two vehicle crash in Ottery St Mary.
The collision between a Blue Nissan and a Blue Vauxhall happened at 2:08pm today and has left Exeter Road partially blocked.
Police confirmed that the two vehicles involved were damaged in the incident and a young child has been taken to hospital by ambulance.
The injuries are not thought to be serious.
