Three cars have been involved in collision near Newton Poppleford.
Police and ambulance received reports of an accident around 3.10pm this afternoon.
A police spokesman said one lane has reopened.
He added: “At 3.10pm on the Exeter side of Newton Poppleford the road is blocked following a three car road traffic collision. Up to four people with injuries and an ambulance is on scene.”
