TAILS are wagging at the Dogs Trust after East Devon District Council (EDDC) presented the charity with a cheque for £1,100.

The council has been collecting for the cause over the past year.

Dogs Trust bosses say they were ‘touched’ and grateful for cash.

EDDC will continue to fundraise for the charity over the next year, attending a range of community festivals and events to provide free micro-chipping and dog ownership advice.
