SWLC group joins in celebrations to mark Peter and Lyn’s engagement

CUPID has struck Sidmouth Living With Cancer Support Group for the first time.

Thursday of last week was a very special club night when members Lyn Maxwell, the club’s secretary, and Peter Teed became engaged.

They are pictured cutting their cake which members enjoyed sharing.

Bill Lankester, a founding member of SLWC, said: “This is the first time Cupid has struck at the club and everybody is thrilled to bits. We all had a great time.”
