A SIDBURY man pleaded not guilty at Exeter Magistrates Court on Friday to two charges relating to the allegedly dangerous nature of his dog.
A SIDBURY man pleaded not guilty at Exeter Magistrates Court today to two charges relating to the allegedly dangerous nature of his dog.
Brian Charles Newman, 59, of Greenhead, faced charges that on March 1 his dog was dangerously out of control in a public place, Greenhead, and at the same time wasn’t on a lead in a designated area. Due to his not guilty pleas, the case was adjourned until Monday, October 25, for a trial date to be set.
