Date set for Sidmouth Town Council’s annual assembly

Sidmouth Town Council is holding its annual assembly in Sidbury Village Hall from 7pm on Monday, April 3.

Chairman Councillor Jeff Turner will welcome residents before police and the Sid Valley Neighbourhood Plan steering group reflects on the last year. There will also be reports from Cllr Paul Wright, who has a special responsibility for finances, and Cllr Simon Pollentine, who chairs the tourism and economy committee.

Residents will have a chance to quiz members, with priority given to questions submitted prior to the meeting. The 24 community groups being awarded grants will claim their share of £15,100.
