Plans to demolish a derelict pub near Branscombe have been given the go-ahead.
The applicant, Abbeywood House Development Ltd, has been granted permission by East Devon District Council to knock down the former Three Horseshoes Inn and two existing dwellings and replace them with seven new homes and associated works.
The new houses range from a two-bedroom semi-detached to detached properties with four bedrooms.
Branscombe Parish Council had voted to support the application in July 2015.
