Diversions in place as Four Elms Hill closed following incident

Motorists are asked to avoid Four Elms Hill after a collision between a car and a lorry today.
BBC Travel South West has reported the road has now reopened.
East Devon District Council said traffic is being diverted via Ottery St Mary.
Fire engines were called out to a road traffic collision near Sidmouth this morning (Tuesday, March 6).
Two appliances from Sidmouth and the heavy rescue vehicle from Middlemoor were called out after reports of a collision on the A3052 near Four Elms Hill at around 7.40am.
A Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue spokesman said: “The incident involved one car and a lorry and no persons were trapped.
“The vehicles and scene were made safe.”
The council tweeted: “A3052 at Four Elms Hill near Newton Poppleford could be closed for a while, traffic is being diverted via Ottery St Mary.
“We’ve also had reports that the Otterton road to Sidmouth is blocked by two large lorries trying to get past each other.”
