CHILDREN from primary schools in the Ottery area took part in a drum workshop last week. The drumming on Friday was the culmination of a week's work involving the five primary schools in the Ottery Learning Community: West Hill, Ottery St Mary, Payhembury, Feniton and Tipton St John. Organised by Mrs Sue Nield, head teacher of West Hill, John Walters from Drum Crazy had worked with the schools individually and the oldest children from each came together in West Hill village hall.
