SIDMOUTH Lifeboat members have thanked Seaton Lions Club for handing them �250 to purchase a drysuit for use by one of the crew.
Lifeboat trustee, Richard Thurlow, said: “Because of the rigours to which they are subjected, drysuits have a restricted operational life, and donations to purchase new ones are especially welcomed. We are extremely grateful to Seaton’s Lions for this generous gift.”
Seaton Lions president, Dennis Morgan, said: “We are very happy to support Sidmouth Lifeboat which contributes to the safety of our coastline in the East Devon region.
