STROKE MONTH: As part of Action on Stroke Month a new directory of information about the condition has been launched. The Devon Stroke Book has been produced in partnership between The Stroke Association and NHS Devon and will seek to ensure people are guided through their lives after a stroke and don’t feel they have to find everything for themselves. The book is available at the doctor’s surgery and can be ordered from the Stroke Association by calling 01392 447364 or visiting www.stroke.org.uk
