THESE creative youngsters scored a host of treats for their schools after taking part in an Easter card competition at Sidmouth Garden Centre.

More than 300 creative children from six different schools entered the contest.

The first prize winner for the under 10s category was Annie Dunn, nine, from Newton Poppleford.

The first prize winner for the over 10s category was Emma Horrell, 13, from Sidmouth.

Their winning designs will be made into Easter cards and be available to buy at the garden centre next year to raise funds for the Children’s Hospice South West.

Both also received an Easter hamper of eggs, gardening bits worth £50, and a £100 voucher for their school.

The second prize winner for the under 10s category was Mia Bagwell, nine, with Ryan Briggs, five, the runner-up.
