A CHRISTMAS cookery demonstration due to take place in Sidbury on Wednesday, October 20, has been cancelled.
The event at Sidbury Village Hall was to be led by cookery expert and Macmillan Cancer Support stalwart Sue Bridger. It was also to feature Sidbury teacher Leah Stratton showing how to make festive table decorations.
It had been organised by and was in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support’s Sidmouth fundraising committee.
Macmillan’s East, Mid and South Devon fundraising manager Calvin Lovelock said it had been postponed until at least the spring, date to be confirmed.
