The King’s welcomed pupils from all its feeder schools for a special celebration day ahead of this summer’s Olympics.
Children from Ottery, West Hill, Tipton St John and Payhembury primary schools took part in an art and dance day on Monday.
It started with a presentation from the Young Sports Ambassadors at The King’s School on the Olympic values, and then made banners and flags under the guidance of A Level art students.
In the afternoon the children were given a by a dance workshop, led by teacher Lisa Arnold and year 10 GCSE students, and had to make a dance based on various Olympic sports.
