Sidmouth College Association tests the water with monthly boot sales
AFTER the success of its Car Boot Sale earlier this month, Sidmouth College Association will host a month on a monthly basis for a trial period of three months to see how they go.
They will be held on the first Sunday of the month, on August 1, September 5 and October 3.
Gates will open to buyers from 9.30am. Pre-booking by sellers is essential, (�5 a vehicle) and no traders or trailers are allowed.

Sidmouth College Association aims to raise money to support college pupils and staff with equipment and other items that fall outside the set budgets of the various teaching departments.
In 2009 its goal was to raise money towards the proposed Cycle Link from the Byes to the college and Sidmouth Sports Centre.
For various reasons the planning has been slow to get off the ground, but �5,000 has been set aside for this project.
This term the Association supported various department funding requests, including drama; music; English; science and the college’s Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme.
