School plans open day

SIDBURY Primary School is staging its open day on Thursday, September 30.

The school will be open from 9.15am -10.15am and 2pm – 3.15pm. Everyone is welcome to have a look around the school and visit the grounds, especially the new playground.

Some of the Year 6 pupils will act as guides, showing visitors around, and teas will be served by the PTFA in the school hall.

The first parent forum of the year will take place on the same day at 5.30pm. Headteacher Paul Walker will start the evening with a short presentation, followed by questions. There will then be an open discussion. Members of staff will be on hand to answer individual questions.
