SIDBURY C of E Primary School pupils were celebrating not only going back to school this week, but the completion of their new playground and wildlife area.
During the summer holidays, work started to knock down the dividing wall in the playground and completely clear the way for a new wildlife area next to the newly-laid playground.
Teaching assistant Jane Barribal said the space was of “premium benefit” to the school, as the wildlife area had been quite densely populated.
She said: “We now have an area for artwork and wildlife and you can see all the views of Sidbury. It’s of great benefit to the children.”
