Sidbury Primary pupils take part in team-building experiences on the water and high balancing at Bicton College
WHAT a great day pupils from Sidbury Primary School enjoyed when they took part in team-building experiences on the water and high balancing at Bicton College.
Years Five and Six pupils attended as part of a structured PE syllabus, which enabled the children to take part in as many adventurous activities as possible – designed to test themselves and encourage others – all under strenuous safety regulations and constant supervision by highly-trained staff from the college.
Water sessions involved individual kayaking and team canoeing, and the high balancing involved beam walking and the trapeze.
Afterwards one pupil said: “It was a blast.” Another added: “It was the best day ever.”
