Engineering Construction Industry Training Board provokes lively discussion among Sidmouth students
WITH industry forecasters predicting some 45 percent of all jobs will be technology-related in a decade, Year Nine students at Sidmouth College enjoyed a lively, interactive presentation from the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board last week.
It was designed to introduce students to the potentially exciting and prosperous career opportunities open to them in the ever-growing engineering construction industry, dispelling the tradition it is a job just for boys.
The roadshow provoked lively discussions and food for thought over future career choices.
