Four Sidmouth College girls perform well in Team Maths Challenge final at Exeter Met Office

The Sidmouth College maths team made up of Flik Cooper and Tabitha Vaughan (year 11) and Olivia Brown and Hannah Domhoff (year 10) competed in the Grand Final of the Team Maths Challenge at the Met Office in Exeter. Facing a further 13 teams from a number of leading schools in the South West they completed four rounds on topics such as binary numbers, Fibonacci sequences and general maths skills. They performed superbly showing good knowledge and excellent teamwork eventually finishing 4th and missing out on the medals by just one point.
