St John’s student wins international writing competition

A St John’s School student’s story will be seen across the world after she won a writing competition.
Rosie Varley, who is in Year Eight, took first prize and claimed a cheque for $250 (£167).
Her piece, ‘Run for me,’ will be feature in IES Magazine, a publication that is distributed to all the schools in St John’s network, which are in South Africa, Hungary and the United States.
