A Sidmouth estate
agent has pledged to donate £50 for every house it is instructed to sell in 2018 to a transport charity.

Hall & Scott has selected Sidmouth Voluntary Services (SVS), which provides care and friendship to the elderly and disabled in the Sid Valley area, as its cause for the year.

Julia Turner, who manages its Sidmouth branch, said: “We are delighted to be involved with such a worthwhile local charity and look forward to donating a substantial sum of money during the year.

“Anyone who is thinking of selling their house can instruct us and help raise funds for a local charity at the same time.”

Hall & Scott’s sponsorship has been recognised on the side of SVS’s minibuses.
