ATROCIOUS weather did nothing to dampen support for a fashion show held in Sidford for Sidmouth in Bloom.
The town's newest store, M & Co provided the clothes, while the Bloom committee found plenty of willing youngsters and adults to model them at Sidford Social Hall on Friday night.
Bloom president Joy Seward said: "It was a great evening and it was wonderful so many people turned up in the most atrocious weather."
With donations and a prize draw, more than 400 was made for the committee, which will be used to help pay for floral displays around the town.
Joy said: "The children behaved so well and were so excited There was no time for a rehearsal so they really did well.
"The adult models were also great and many thanks go to everyone for their help in making this a fantastic evening."
