A FUNDRAISING fashion show, in aid of two Sidmouth charities working with donkeys and children, will take place at The Knowle, on Tuesday, October 28.

The event, organised by Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary and the Elisabeth Svendsen Trust for Children and Donkeys, starts at 7.30pm.

A catwalk display of clothes available to try on and buy afterwards, will be supplied by Travelling Trends, and includes major high street brands with up to 50 percent off.

Kate Bailey, fundraising events coordinator for both charities, said: "There will be significant discounts on the clothes available to purchase after the fashion show, so the evening is ideal for those who like finding a bargain or two.

"The idea behind the event is to raise funds to help towards everyday running costs for our two charities."

Tickets, including a glass of champagne on arrival, are £6.50 and available in advance from Kate on (01395) 573003 or email at kate.bailey@thedonkeysanctuary.com. Refreshments, bar and snacks, will be available throughout the evening and a prize draw will help boost funds.
