A COMMITMENT to its staff has again earned Fields of Sidmouth the Investor in People standardThe prized award requires companies to set a level of good practice for improving performance through their people. Fields originally achieved the standard in 2003, and was successfully reviewed this year.Director Trevor Roberts said:"It is very encouraging and rewarding for everyone working for the company that their efforts have again been recognised. "Having originally achieved the standard in 2003, it clearly demonstrates the company's commitment to both staff and customers."Assessor Ron Cox said: "I am delighted Fields has achieved the Investor in People standard.
