You can now map all the crime that goes on in your area by visiting a new government website.

Links have been created to the national crime mapping website, which allow readers to see what crimes have happened and where, simply by typing in the area for the search.

There are two ways to get to the national site from this website.

You can either click on the link next to this story or click on the Sidmouth Life tab on the homepage, and then select MPs and councils and finally move down to Crime and policing, where the link to the national site can be found.

Simply type in the area you want to learn about and click on search.
