See the full list of organisations who received cash from Ottery Town Council’s �3,000 windfall.

As reported in the Herald the constructors for Sainsbury’s new store in Ottery, Kier Western, had given �3,000 to the council to be spent on local projects. After a whole raft of applications, the Town Council’s ‘Finance & General Purpose Committee’ decided on who got a slice of the money. The full list and the amount they received is below:

Ottery Taiko Troupe will receive �150 if the group can prove by Friday it has a bank account for the organisation. If not, then OSM Twinning Association, Ottregians Over 60s and OSM Short Mat Bowls will each receive �50.

Unsuccessful applicants were: Ottery St Mary Brass Class, Millennium Green Dog Poo Fairies, Stroke Recovery Class and Tipton St John Residents’ Association.
