SIDMOUTH Leisure Centre and Swimming Pool are holding open days next week where people of all ages are invited to sample a host of free fitness activities.
The event is being held across all Leisure East Devon facilities and includes swimming, gym tours, aerobics, pilates, dance, martial arts and Body Pump classes. There will also be a number of activities on offer for children.
The open day in Sidmouth takes place on Saturday, September, 5.
