TIPTON youngsters will take to the stage as part of an East Devon play festival.Members of Tipton Players and Pantomime Society Juniors (pictured left) are on the bill of the Exmouth Players' One-Act Play Festival tonight (Friday) performing NJ Warburton's Ghost Writer.Directed by Diana McKay, the play is set in a writer's study where authors are struggling to finish their latest murder mystery novel. Help arrives in the form of a 'ghost' writer, along with several others who start to embody parts beyond the authors' control.The One-Act Play Festival has been running at the Blackmore Theatre since 1979 and features performances from a wide range of local theatre groups.Tickets are £5 per evening, £3 for children and can be reserved by calling Jim Vardy on (01395) 273372.
