NOW is the perfect time for Sidmothians to start training for October's Bupa Great South Run, according to members of Breast Cancer Campaign.
More than �10,000 was raised by the campaign's Jigsaw Runners team last year, running in aid of BCC.
All runners who sign up for the ten mile race will receive a professional Ronhill running vest and fundraising.
