THREE environmentally aware companies from Sidmouth will support the biggest 'green' Christmas event held outside London.

Kaieteur, the High Street's renewable energy company, will be joined at the South West Christmas Without Cruelty Fayre at Exeter Corn Exchange on Saturday, December 6, by Flo & Us, which produces handmade cruelty-free soaps and fashion-wear trader Luther & Jane, whose range includes Fairtrade clothes aimed at young people.

Sidmouth resident Mark Gold, who is organising the fayre, said: "I am really delighted to have the support of these innovative Sidmouth companies.

"They will be joining other South West groups such as Devon Wildlife Trust and the Monkey Sanctuary, plus traders and organisations from across the country.

"It is going to be the perfect place to find unusual and cruelty-free gifts and cards and a great day out for people of all ages.

"There will also be music and delicious food and entrance is free.
