THE Donkey Sanctuary is offering a range of events to entertain the kids during the half term holidays next week. On Monday and Thursday visitors can take part in grooming and walking sessions. They will be held from 10.30am-12.00pm and 1.30pm-3.30pm and cost �2 per person, �1.50 for two or more and �5 for a family. For those wild at heart, the sanctuary will also be holding wildlife themed workshops. This event includes making mobiles, face painting and discovering land or water bugs. The workshops will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday from 10.30am-12.30pm and 1.30pm-3.30pm. No booking is required and there is a charge of �3 per child or �2.50 for two or more. During the half term holiday children are also invited to stitch a button onto a new mural to celebrate the charity's Sanctuary from Suffering campaign. For more information ring (01395) 578222.
