PROPOSALS to create a flagship ‘Heritage Centre’ in Exeter are being considered by Devon County Council.
Part of a drive to modernise the council’s heritage service, it could see Westcountry Studies Library and Exeter branch of the Devon Record Office under one roof for the first time at Great Moor House, Sowton, housing historical resources from a variety of sources which relate to the County of Devon.
