A MAN was flown to hospital after his leg was crushed by machinery near the Bowd Inn on Monday.
Ambulance crews were called to the scene at around 8.40am after a report that a man in his 30s had his leg crushed by a JCB.
Both a land crew and Devon Air Ambulance attended and the man was taken to Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital.
A spokesman for South West Ambulance said his condition is unknown.
