Knowle is up for sale as EDDC eyes move

East Devon District Council has officially placed its Knowle HQ on the market as it looks to finance its relocation to SkyPark.

The authority has repeatedly dubbed the property ‘unfit for purpose’ and is now looking to sell it on.
