‘No serious injury’ reported after car overturns this morning.
A lane has now reopened on Four Elms Hill following an incident earlier this morning.
A police spokeswoman said officers were called at 9.45am following reports a car had overturned in the middle of the road on the A3052, Sidmouth. She added an ambulance had also been called.
Sergeant Andy Squires, from Sidmouth’s neighbourhood police team, said the incident involved a blue Vauxhall Astra.
He said: “There was one male who was shaken but no serious injury. We are recovering the vehicle and one lane is now open as of 10.26am.” In a separate incident, there is reports that Exeter Road is blocked due to a fallen tree near Birdcage Lane in Ottery.
