GROUPS and projects seeking financial support from Ottery St Mary Town Council have a final chance to submit applications before the deadline expires on Friday.
A new application form, available with guidance notes, is available from council offices in Silver Street and must be completed and returned before Friday, October 31.
The council has a yearly budget from which it can provide financial assistance to causes councillors feel will benefit the community and which are making reasonable efforts to raise their own funds.
Any organisation based in the parish of Ottery St Mary is eligible. Grants will be considered next month. Cheques will be presented to successful applicants at the annual parish meeting in April.
