THERE is just a week left to nominate Sidmouth’s 2011 Citizen of the Year.

For the past 25 years Sidmouth Rotary Club has been joining forces with the Sidmouth Herald to thank those who have made a real difference to life in and around the town.

Recent winners have included Chris Dunford, for services to junior rugby, Bill Lankester, for Living With Cancer Support Group, Graham Vincent, a tireless worker on behalf of Sidmouth Hospital Comforts Fund and last year’s Citizen, Brian Manwaring, for services to the local scouting movement.

Nominations for the 2011 award should be made on the form printed in this week’s Sidmouth Herald and sent to Citizen of the Year 2011, Sidmouth Herald, Fair Oak Close, Exeter Airport Business Park, Clyst Honiton, Exeter EX5 2UL or dropped into the Co-op store in Sidmouth High Street or to the Herald office at Kennaway House, Coburg Road.

You have until Friday, February 3, to submit nominations and no photocopied forms will be accepted.
