The Riverside Players have been performing their production of Aladdin to full houses at Newton Poppleford Village Hall.
There are a few remaining tickets for tonight’s performance (Friday, February 12) at 7.30pm. Tomorrow (Saturday, February 13), there is a matinee at 2.30pm and another performance at 7.30pm.
Christopher Holland takes on the role of ‘baddie’ Abanazar, with Leonie Motler playing the leading role of Aladdin.
The production, written by Alan P Frayn, also features Gavin Haines as Widow Twankey, Steve Knight as Wishee Washee, Baz Breadmore as The Grand Wazir, and Tim Alsford and Barrie Papworth as the ‘Potty Policemen’. To grab one of the last remaining tickets, call 01395 568897.
