A pair of Liberal Democrats and a Tory have been elected in the Exmouth Withycombe Raleigh Ward.
Lib Dems Steve Gazzard (1,239 votes) and Brenda Taylor (1,317 votes) claimed seats. Conservative Brian Bailey netted the mosy votes with 1,181 and is duly elected.
Tory Richard Scott (1,028 votes), Tory Ryan Youle (940 votes), The Green Party’s Ben Jones Green (804 votes) and Lib Dem Brian Toye (1,004 votes) all missed out.
The turnout was 64.4 per cent.
