FOOTBALL players in Sidmouth could win the chance to give their pitch a free makeover.
Petrol lawn mower engine manufacturer Briggs & Stratton has launched Pitch to Win competition with www.weekendwonders.co.uk, offering Sidmouth teams the chance to win the makeover worth up to �4,000.
Other prizes offered include a ride-on lawnmower worth �3,000 and a cheque for �1,000.
Two runners-up will get cash prizes of �1,000 and �500 for their team expenses.
The competition is open to anyone involved with a non-professional under 18's football club.
