A MAN was arrested in Sidmouth over the Bank Holiday for a Public Order Offence, police have said. Officers were called to Radway Place at around 1.25am following reports of a man causing a disturbance.

Officers were called to Radway Place at around 1.25am following reports of a man causing a disturbance.
The 24-year-old from Exeter was cautioned by police and was issued a fixed penalty notice for �80.
