A Sidmouth man has pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of a 71-year-old holidaymaker who was visiting the town.
Nicholas Jamieson, 42, was arrested following the death of Brian Kemp at the Black Horse in Fore Street in September last year.
Jamieson today pleased guilty to the manslaughter of Mr Kemp and was sentenced to a hospital order with restrictions by a judge at Exeter Crown Court.
